Responsibilities

• Identify new product improvement opportunities that create value for both customers and the business
• Build, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog within your area of ownership
• Lead multiple projects end-to-end (from small customer-requested updates to big-bet initiatives that define the platform’s direction): from ideation and hypotheses to initial specifications and post-release metric analysis
• Work within a cross-functional team and regularly collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including partners and customers
• Track, analyze, and improve product performance metrics (ARR, MRR, Churn, NPS, CSAT, etc.) and team efficiency metrics (dev time, cycle time, story points, etc.)
• Understand business priorities, drive strategic planning, effectively coordinate the team, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain clear project documentation (Gantt charts, release plans, etc.) so everyone understands where we are and where we’re going
• Identify project risks and work with the team to mitigate and eliminate them (Risk Matrix and other frameworks)
• Minimize downtime by proactively identifying and removing blockers
• Set the pace of work and maintain high team motivation

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) — mandatory, as you will work with international colleagues, partners, and clients
• 1+ year of experience in product and/or project management in IT
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Outcome- and data-driven mindset; strong problem-solving skills; proactivity, initiative, ownership, structure, creativity, and autonomy (if you expect micromanagement, we won’t be a good fit)
• Proven experience launching, managing, and successfully delivering IT projects in cross-functional teams of 5+ people (designers, analysts, developers, QA)
• Experience improving development processes using agile methodologies
• Strong desire to continuously improve the product, processes, and team — and to build a best-in-class global product
• Experience with ClickUp / Asana / Jira / Confluence / Figma
• Big ambitions: we’re looking for someone ready to grow fast at startup speed
