Buzz.ai is a fast-growing SaaS company in the sales industry. We have rapidly scaled to over 7,000 clients and 80+ employees, with offices in Belgrade (Serbia), Saint Petersburg (Russia), and Toronto (Canada).

Responsibilities

You will be the primary owner of documentation and research, which the entire team will rely on
Collecting, analyzing, and formalizing business (80%) and technical (20%) requirements
Preparing AS IS / TO BE documentation (50% / 50%)
Creating and maintaining up-to-date requirement documentation for development and testing (Technical Specifications, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Use Cases, specifications)
Presenting requirements in both textual and visual formats (diagrams)
Actively collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Project Management, Design, Development, QA)
Consulting the team on documented requirements
Analyzing international competitors and potential integration partners (API documentation analysis)
Documentation is primarily in Russian; translation into English when required

Requirements

1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
Experience creating and maintaining Technical Specifications, Functional Specifications, PRDs
Strong skills in writing and decomposing User Stories and Use Cases
Knowledge of Postman, BPMN, UML, APIs
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles
Strong system thinking, structured approach, and high sense of responsibility
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Fast learner, proactive, independent, and initiative-driven — we do not micromanage

Nice to Have

Experience with B2B SaaS products
Ability to work with complex systems and business processes
Higher education in IT or related fields
Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, MongoDB
Experience with ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Figma
